  • We maintain registered partnerships with a range of Xero add-on products so you can rest in our experience implementing many different kinds of systems.

    Whether you want to be hands-on throughout or leave it all to us, we can go through the process of setup, training and transition with you in as much or as little detail as you choose.

    Throughout the process we communicate regularly about progress, timelines and any issues that may arise so that you and your team are confident with the new digital environment.

  • There’s no point having a shiny new system if you don’t understand how to use it. Nor will you get any benefit if you don’t have buy-in from your team members. Or maybe your current system is great but you could do with some extra training to use it to its full capacity.

    That’s where The Software Coach comes in.

    We provide on-site and/or online education and training in whatever systems you are using. This can include the use of video recordings, Zoom meetings, one-on-one staff training, phone support, written instructions – whatever learning method best suits your situation.

  • Complex job and/or stock management projects are a special focus for us, serving medium to large enterprises.

    We provide project management services, alongside your team, to implement large scale, long-term software transitions. We also deal with Xero integration issues, data cleansing and process training, providing corrective measures to bring what you already have back into alignment.

    We partner with Unleashed for stock management and WorkGuru and Projectworks for job management as industry leading programmes. These are our go-to systems as we find they have the best adaptability to suit the majority of our clients.

  • Many of the problems our clients face come about because of software integration issues. Xero isn’t talking to your add-on product or vice versa and neither you nor your accountant know how to deal with it.

    We specialise in repairing these connections and cleaning up the damage done by a broken integration. This situation can be very frustrating and will often cause problems to compound if not dealt with swiftly.
